Appointments

• Booking: By Appointment only. Your time is precious. Each session is dedicated entirely to you. Appointment can be made online, by phone or text message. Please arrive on time for your appointment. If your are running 5 mins past your appointment time please send out a text.

• Late arrival: Arrivals later than 15 minutes may require service modification or rescheduling. We will make every effort to accommodate you but cannot guarantee full service if time is limited.

Cancellations and No-Shows

• Cancellation window: We understand that unexpected situations can arise. We kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. This helps us offer the best service to all our clients. Please feel free to adjust the timing or any specific details to fit your needs within 24 hrs of your appointment!

• Late cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may incur a fee of $50. A new Deposit will be required to rescheduled.

• No-shows: Failure to show for a scheduled appointment without prior notice will result in deposit being forfeited. Additionally, you will not be able to book another appointment with us in the future.

• Recurring offenses: Multiple late cancellations or no-shows will be banned for future bookings.

Deposits and Prepayment

• Deposit requirement: Certain services and first-time appointments require a non-refundable deposit to secure the booking. The deposit amount will be applied to the final bill.

• For high-demand time slots (weekends, holidays), deposits may be required for all bookings.

Payments

• Accepted forms: We accept cash, major credit/debit cards, and contactless payments. Gift cards and salon credits are also accepted.

• Payment timing: Payment is due at the time of service.

• Gratuity: Gratuity is not included in service pricing and is appreciated for exceptional service.

Service Changes and Add-Ons

• Same-day changes: Service upgrades or add-ons requested the same day are subject to availability and may change the appointment duration and price.

Health and Safety

• Client health: Please inform us of any allergies, sensitivities, medical conditions, or recent cosmetic procedures that may affect your service.

• Illness policy: If you are feeling unwell (fever, contagious condition), please reschedule. Appointments canceled for health reasons may be exempt from fees at management discretion.

Satisfaction Guaranteed

• Quality commitment: We aim for your complete satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with a service, contact us within 3 days to schedule a complimentary adjustment or correction.

• Eligibility: Adjustments apply to services performed at our salon and for issues directly related to the original service. Wear-and-tear or changes resulting from improper aftercare may not be covered.

• Returns and refunds: Due to the nature of personal care services, refunds are rare. If a refund is appropriate, it will be issued at owner discretion.

Product Returns

• Unused products: Unopened, unused retail products may be returned within 14 days with a receipt for store credit or exchange.

• Opened products: Opened products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, unless defective.

Minors

• Appointments for clients under 18 require parental consent. Some services may require a parent or guardian to be present.

Privacy and Personal Belongings

• Personal items: Please keep personal belongings with you. The salon is not responsible for lost or damaged items.

• Photography: We may take photos of services for portfolio or marketing use. We will obtain your consent before sharing identifiable images.

Policy Changes

• Updates: Salon policies may be updated periodically. Current policies are posted at the salon and on our booking platform.
